Privacy Policy

UnstoppableIGConnect ("the app") is a private tool operated by Unstoppable Digital Studio. It automates replies on Instagram professional accounts owned or managed by the operator.

Data we process

• For connected Instagram accounts: account ID, username, profile details, media list and an access token issued by Meta.
• For people who comment on or message those accounts: Instagram-scoped user ID, username, the text of comments and messages sent to the account, and whether they clicked links we sent.

How we use it

Only to send the automated public replies and direct messages configured by the account owner, and to show the owner basic statistics. We do not sell, rent or share this data, and we do not use it for advertising.

Storage and retention

Data is stored on a private server. Access tokens are encrypted at rest. Raw webhook logs are deleted after 14 days; contact records are kept while the account stays connected and deleted when it is disconnected.

Your rights

You can request access to or deletion of your data at any time. See Data Deletion or email contact@pranaypise.com.
